Statewide Family Support Services Committee Local Needs Assessment

Across New York State, 18 local Family Support Services (FSS) Advisory Councils work with their local OPWDD office to design, develop, and oversee programs to meet the needs of families who are supporting a loved ones with a developmental disability at home.  This survey will gather information on what additional FSS programs are needed in your local area.
